The Nutrition Only Program is designed for individuals who just want the eating portion of the program or may not have access to or want a trainer. We currently support clients all over the world. The Nutrition  Only Program provides you with a Body Makeover eating plan customized to meet your specific needs and ensure maximum weight loss. In addition, the program offers nutritional support for six weeks. Additional support is available thereafter at a rate of $19.99 per month.

For an eating program to be successful it must contain foods that are rich in nutrients and free of preservatives and fillers.

Proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and even water need to be manipulated in the program to create a biochemical process in the body. Each one of us requires different amounts and combinations of food to turn our bodies into a fat burning machine. Eating the right proportions (which are different for every individual) of nutrient dense foods throughout the day is the only real way to make our bodies burn fat efficiently -- regardless of age, sex, and/or ethnicity. Your program will be changed as necessary, and once you reach your goal a maintenance program will be designed for you. So you can keep it off.
